About me
My name is Manos Koukouvios. I am Greek and very proud of the Greek Start-up ecosystem. I work for a venture studio as their Digital innovation lead. I like talking a lot, and that got my wife tired… So now I write a lot.
Emotions are complex and multifaceted psychological experiences that play a fundamental role in human life. They are subjective feelings accompanied by physiological and cognitive responses, influencing our thoughts, behaviors, and overall well-being. While emotions are deeply personal, they also have social and cultural dimensions, shaping our interactions with others and our perception of the world.
Emotions have important functions in our lives. They give us information about our surroundings and help us understand if something is good or bad for us. Emotions also motivate us to take action and make decisions.

Typical emotions that work as catalysts for innovation:
Curiosity: Curiosity is often driven by emotions such as wonder, excitement, or intrigue. When we feel a strong desire to explore, understand, or solve a problem, it ignites our innovative thinking.
